What to do now?

<p>apparently i have an agreement with them and now i am being summonds and blacklisted, i have never taken any agreement with this company and no one can give me the answers or the signed agreement, i have given proof that i am in the process of an identaty theft and i got told that they will keep on sending the summonds until i have resolved the problem on my side or i will have to pay the outstanding money.</p> <p> </p>
