They charge me for something I will never use.

<p>Good morning. I am delighted to know that I am not the only one complaining about Loan Tracer and they seem to buy personal Identities from somewhere. They debited my account with R399 the 1ste month and R99 the second month. I successfully manage to get my money back. They say I bought a service package from them, to do what? I don't need their products and specially not legal advice or notary's advice and so on... I didn't even know who the blasted company was. Never hurt about Loan Tracers before. Where do they buy our Identity from? This is Identity Theft and I did not permit any person to supply my personal information to anyone. All they apparently have as proof is a tick box and that serve as a signature that I have read through the Terms and Conditions and the IP address the form was completed. These people are super ****** and they are adamant to get our hard earned money. I spoke to the Loan Tracer agent and he was just smiling on that side saying “you just have to pay what you owe us”. I spoke to the consultant of the Law firm (Lifestyle Legal) as well and she was just playing the hands of Loan Tracer being her Client. They send me the final demand letter and the next step is to get a court order to squeeze the money out of me. I will not buy something I can’t use so why on this earth will I buy a service package or make use of their services if I know am not going to use it. I don’t even know someone who can benefit from this product.</p> <p> </p> <p>The scary part of this story is that they have all my personal, banking and contact details on their database.</p>
