They are *****ed

Someone happened to have searched for loans using my phone. They used my details since they are stored in my phone. The particular person went into the Loan Tracer Sa website and used my details. Now they are saying that I owe them R1260 for having registered for some service that they provide. They are so absurd. Since when does one go into agreement with someone without your signature? No proof of identification.. Such a scandalous bogus company.
