STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

I was charged R399 last year sometime and queried this with them. Spoke to Cindy, Tracy, Manissa and Kevin. After about 50 calls and 30 emails and threatening to go to the Ombudsman I finally received a mail stating that I would get my refund of R399 on 12.01.2016..... Called 9th February 2016 to query this a no refund was received and as per Cindy the supervisor they had technical problems in the finance department. Funny there's no problem when they're taking your money. She was going to escalate this and get back to me yesterday. Never the less they never get back so I called again today. Spoke to Kevin... no supervisors available as usual... as per Kevin I will be getting an email today with regards to my refund of R399... most probably going to be a load of BS again. I asked him is there only consultants and supervisors and if there isn't management or a head office etc.... All he said is that I can email [Email Removed] if I want to find out info about this so called company.... Are they even a legitimate company??? Going to go public with this if there's no solution by tomorrow.
