****! LOAN TRACER!

Loan tracer debited my account with R399 on 23 October 2015. I called them and spoke to Nicole and Tatum whom both were very unhelpful. I finally spoke to Cindy Brown (the supervisor) and was advised that they never received my cancellation which was submitted last year already. They don't call customers or people whom complain therefore to in the last 2 weeks I had to make ? 40 calls to them already. On Saturday 31st Cindy called me and advised that they will refund me and will send me an email notification. Up to today I am waiting for this email and have called another ? 15 times. Now Cindy Brown is barely available when I call her and I'm still waiting for my notification and refund. Apparently the R399 is for a legal service that they can provide but basically it's just a **** as I have asked to speak to management and was told managers don't handle cases like these or ever speak to customer..... DO NOT EVER USE LOAN TRACER SERVICE, YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY
