<p>Good Day, </p> <p> </p> <p>Loan Tracer SA have continually debited my account since October 2016. When I signed up with my details it was NEVER disclosed to me in any uncertain terms that I would be charged 399.00 in my first month and then 99.00 p/month thereafter! I then emailed to cancel this in October 2016 last year and they continued to debit my account until March of this year (2017). They now have the audacity to send me a letter of demand and state that I owe them over R1000 for their "services" - still uncertain what these "services" are, as they have still never been explained to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I filled in my details originally on their site, I was under the impression that I was applying for a loan, it was NEVER disclosed in clear terms as per the Consumer Protection Bill that there would be debit orders from my account and the services for these debit orders was also never explained to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>They state that they will take me to court if I do not pay the final amount in the next 7 days. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will fight this matter within my power and rights stated in the Consumer Protection Bill. </p>
