Rude Service

Hello<br> I had a debt order go off my account but could not understand why as I had not received any money from the above company. I did apply for a loan but was told I was not approved. <br> This person then told me they had sent me emails as well as sms's stating I needed to send them documents for the loan. I never received any mails like this as I had checked my mails. I had asked her to send me these sms's and emails so I could check, she then stated it was not her problem and she will not send me these things.<br> If I had a app**** for this loan in Feb 2013 why take a payment off now. Specially after I have not even received any money from them. Also why must I send a cancellation letter if I don't even know what I am cancelling. Talk about a bunch of ****s.<br> The rudest person I have ever spoken to. Could barely hear what she was saying cause music was playing so loud in the back round. <br> Angry is an understatement.
