Paying for what??m

hy guys I also have the same problem, in jan 2019 I apply for a loan with loan tracer and they said i didn't qualify but on my pay day they deducted R399 and i reversed that money and the following month they deducted R99 and I reversed that money again. 3 months later they send me an SMS saying that I owe them so I called them to asked how much I owe and for what and they told me that i owe them R1300 for telephone legal advice. and I should wait for they legal people to call me. so I got a SMS on sat from lifestyle legal saying it's a letter of demand to make payment so I called them this morning and they said I have signup for legal advice with loan tracer and I ask them to send me proof still waiting for them with the proof didn't receive. Please help on what I need to do, for those who have experience with them coz I dont know what to do and I dont want to pay for money that I never received.
