No disclosure! No confirmation! money gone!

To whom it may concern. I am unhappy! I am utterly disgusted!!!!!I searched on the internet for a trustworthy company to make a loan with. I saw loan tracer and was under the impression that it is a cash loan company. I did not see any visible disclosure that loan tracer would deduct any amount from my bank account. I did not receive a call, I did not receive a letter, I did not receive an e-mail. I did not receive confirmation of any kind that an amount was to be deducted from my account! I wanted to borrow money to study part-time, not give it away for free!!! I am a struggling south-african citizen, battling my way through every month financially, and my last grocery money was deducted by loan tracer sa. As I've said, I am to the utmost unhappy. I need my money to buy food, which is a basic necessity. I went to the bank to write back the debit order and it came back unsuccessful. Hellopeter, please help me!
