NO CONTRACT SIGNED OR VERBAL RECORDING BUT DEMANDING MONEY

<p>No recollection of accepting any service offering or receiving a service offering from them. I have however made enquiries at various institutions for loans, but to date no recall of accepting a service fee or receiving any loan from any loan provider.<br /> I am upset with the fact that there is no telephonic conversation or paper work and cannot be provided with sufficient proof except for hearsay that I have taken such service offering and now been handed over to their Legal Department as below stated and owing an amount of R 1482.50.<br /> Furthermore the IP Address provided from them stating its the acceptance of terms is not even my IP Address. Anyone could have done it. I was actually admitted into hospital during that time. This is unacceptable and jeopardizing peoples credit profiles.</p> <p>I have queried with Loan Tracer regarding this and received only sms's from Lifestyle Legal.</p>
