Never receive any emails or service

I never herd from loan trace since the day I apply for theirs service in 2012/12/19. Now I received a email saying the following. <br> <br> According to our records your made an application with Loan Tracer SA on 2012/12/19. <br> <br> Please note that your debit order has failed due to Insufficient Funds.<br> <br> Please contact our Collections department to make alternative payment arrangements. Failure to do so will result in you being handed over to our legal department for collection.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Loan Tracer SA<br> <br> They want me to pay now for 2013, 2014 and 2015. BUT I NEVER HERD FROM THEM AND THEY NEVER HELP ME WITH ANYTHING. WHAT CAN I DO. PLEASE HELP ME. I ask theme to forward me all the email they have send to me on that day. Now they say they cant forward it to me. Why not I wonder. They never phoned me to ask if my email is still work or if may bank details are stile the same or just phone to ask if any thing has changed. Very disappointed and angry whit them.
