NEVER AGREED

They said they would assist me - know I have received a Letter of Demand for a pathetic amount - I phoned the Customer Call centre number and what a rude ***** saying I had to pay know or else - I did not receive any monies from them nor assistance why must I pay - I am not gong to pay - the Lady stipulated that they had an agreement and said I did not follow the instructions due to cancellation - E-mail upon E-mail was sent asking for documentation which was NOT SENT - know I get this **** - these people are F@cking LOAN SHARKS - I am not a happy customer and I WILL NOT RECOMEND them to anyone <br>
