My account was debited but my loan was declined

Hi All<br> <br> Please be aware and never apply for loans under Loan Tracer Sa.What happened to me is i app**** for the loan and it got declined comes end of the month they have the audacity to debit money from my account and this is the second time.So whoever who wants to apply for a loan rather take another route but not LOAN TRACER SA.its a ********** company that takes people money from their account who never received the loan amount that they app**** for.They keep on deducting R399 on my account and yet i got declined i mean who does that.Maybe they must be escalated to Ombusman because what they are doing is *****.Now i have to change my bank account just to avoid them
