Money taken from account

Loaner tracers they where taking money from my account without my knowledge cause I have never agreed on giving them my money ;don't even know how did they get my banking details cause I have never given them to them; know they busy calling ;sending and emailing me because have made a stop order against them I feel harassed by them so please help m in this matter.Miss A Mokgale, Thank you
