Money grabbers

Loan tracers is a messed up company that does not have good customer service. I called them to complain about a letter of demand they sent to my son, and he never took out a loan with them. When i called to query all of this i was told where to get off by Tracey who then said that i must go to the Police with my case. My son is a student and there is no way that he took out the loan, she told me that she is not prepared to discuss anything with me. They will be hearing from my lawyers very soon... <br> These people just make money by preying on helpless students and then later come and blacklist them... this is a whole lot of BS that we as south africans must live with.
