Loan tracer ..... ****

On the 1st August I received email from loan tracer . According to them in 2014.06.03 i apparently agreed to purchase an online service package with them . Over 4 years have past and it's the first time I hear from them . They have now handed me over to their legal department lifestyle legal. I phoned this legal department of theirs. I'm now liable for this account . They cannot explain the 4year s that have passed . The phone was put down and when I phoned back the same women answered with no recollection of speaking to me 10 sec earlier. They are rude and it's very difficult to get hold of them . I am not paying this R399 which is now R590 as it's legal costs. What am I going to do. No services were given to me and have never received any emails from loan tracer in 4years except on the 1st Aug 2018
