Loan Tracer SA/ZA are a ****!!

I was looking for a loan a few months ago and came across this loan tracer. Instead of them giving me a loan they were debiting my bank account and never assisted me in finding a loan. I called my bank to ask them to stop their debits, then they started emailing me that I owe them money and need to settle it or they will issue a court summons for me and blacklist me. I asked them to send me the services they rendered to me and what exactly am I paying for, and they couldn't do that. Why should I pay for something that I never received. Making money from ******** people with bank debits. I put myself on debt review since I couldn't obtain a loan, it's been going well even thoughI cannot get an financial assistance whatsoever, but at least I'm clearing the little I was struggling to pay off.
