LOAN TRACER SA - TRACES INNOCENT PEOPLE & *****S

I completed a loan application online in December in January my account was debited in the sum of R399.00 an unauthorized debit I might add. I cancelled my application within the 7 day cooling off period. On 2 February 2015 I sent an email to loan tracer advising them of my cancellation. I received an email from one Kevin Brown advising that I am eligible to a refund. A few days went by still not refund or response from Loan Tracer. I have emailed Loan Tracer over 25 emails not a single response. I then called their offices spoke to Kevin Brown he had this attitude that I am wasting his time, terribly unprofessional told me that I will get a call from the finance department. Its the 20th of February and no refund no response from anyone. These people are *******s, ******* and praying on innocent people who are in need of financial assistance. R399.00 is a lot of money, I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE *******.
