Letter of demand for what ??????

<p>I have emailed you time upon time as I want to know why you deducted my account but never got an answer now fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I received a letter of demand stating that I owe you R1600 you are crazy for what I ask I have never heard of you and my bank account was deducted lucky me my bank did a reversal and stoped your debit order now you send me letter of demands and also I have emailed you multiple times to send me the proof that I have signed up or given you permission should it be verbally or written where I give my consent but one week later still nothing I am going to take legal action against you and I will make sure that you pay for my legal counsel at the end of the day I have rights as a consumer and you don't even answer any questions skipping the subject about proof and where did you get my personal banking details it is scary. People just be warned they try and get money out of people and do so via your personal account and then they send you a letter of demand and that is not even the legal process even it was a legal binding contract which does not even exist . BE CAREFUL THIS COMPANY IS REAL BAD AND WILL SOON FEEL THE WHIP OF THE COURTS </p>
