******* Claim, Harrassment and Bad Attitude

I have been receiving emails and sms's threatening me with legal action if I do not pay. I have sent emails back, tried phoning to resolve this and the lady just puts the phone down in my ear!<br> <br> Please take note that I did not request a loan, I did not get a loan through Loan Tracer, Loan Tracer did not render any services, I did not sign any documentation and according to the Consumer Law it is ******* for Loan Tracer to harass me in this manner or to expect me to pay for anything. There are numerous complaints against Loan Tracer and numerous complaints with the NCR regarding this.<br> <br> I want this resolved before end of the week!
