HARRASMENT

I entered into a contract with Loan Tracer SA in May last year, many of my debit orders of R99 failed as I had huge financial difficulties. I admit that I even forgot of this. Two weeks ago I receive a sms advising that I had been handed over to their legal department. Immediately the following morning I called and enquired what it was about. I could not even re-call entering the contract but accepted my debt. I was then advised to pay the bulk sum owed to them for a service that was never even rendered within 7days, I could not. The call centre agent advised that their legal department would be in contact and I willingly accepted that I will try and make arrangements to pay installments. A week later I receive a letter of demand and immediately advised my acceptance of the debt and that I can pay insatllments and have the debt I owe completd in 3 x installments starting 28/02/2017. They accepted - then requested I sign the letter of demand they had sent me the previous day. I requested they add the arrangements and I will gladly pay and even if they do not ammend the letter of demand to include the re-payment of the insatllments they accepted, I will still make the required installment amount 28/02/2017 and proceed for the next 3 months like that. Today, I received a mail advising me that I have been summoned to court. I feel so harrased and bul****. I never disagreed on anything and yet they are taking me to court for R1500....I must say they are horrible...I never even heard from them - they never even secured any loans for me...they are purely a money-making-scheme....
