Deduct for service not received

I app**** on line for a loan. I receive an email saying welcome and that I need to send information in a second email. Nowhere does either email state that if I do not want to make use of their service, that I have to cancel within 7 days. Now they deduct an amount of R399-00 out of my bank account. When I phoned them they are rude and say that I have to pay Administration Fee. What **** is that??? Nowhere in any email stating this.<br> <br> This *******.<br> <br> Marijke
