Debit order

I was looking for a loan. Never app**** via loan tracer. Was on there website and in order to see what it is about you have to accept there terms and conditions. Now I have to pay them R1100 to get them of my case. The lady I spoke to was very rude and just said you did accept the terms. They did nothing for me, why must I pay them.
