charging people for no service rendered

Good day<br> <br> my daughter Mandi Fourie is in USA and a year ago she enquired about using this service.She then did not pay the service fee and they did not perform the service for her.No 1 year later they are threatening her with legal action for the service fee for a service they never rendered.This is a clear case of victimising the consumers.It is ******* to charge for a service that was never rendered.
