Loan Tracer allows you to complete an online application to source personal finance. You have to click your acceptance of their terms and conditions to complete the process. There is no clear indication about costs, including hidden costs that you are liable for. Even after completing the process there is no communication to clearly state what you are liable for. Then without proper communication you are sent an email giving you just 24 hours to pay your arrears or your file will be handed over to legal with additional cost to be added. <br> This is very dangerous and consumers should be totally aware of the pitfalls and risks in dealing with companies like this. Consumers need to be protected and any cost should be clearly stated and not in some endless legal text and agreement. Who will protect the consumers against these pratices.
