bad customer service! bad business ethics

<p>Good day to whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is jade and I simply received this morning an email from this company stating that I have signed up for a package with them and if I do not pay the outstanding amount I will have a bad debit on my name. So as any normal person I call the customer service line and keen an one of the agents start to speak with me and I explain to him that I have no idea who they are as a company, keenan then tells me I have given them my details and my banking details aswell, however the more I explain to them I have no knowledge of the company the more I get told that I have signed up for the package loan deal and that I have to pay the outstanding bills, I ask to be put through to the manager keenan places me to Kevin brown who is the supervisor, now my understanding to a manager position or senior position is that you treat your customers with the respect and understanding of the customers complaints, now this supervisor doesn't even have the decency to listen to what I am telling him about that I have no knowledge of the account and he tells me that he will send me credit amendments document via email and the more I tell him I want nothing to do with that mail because I have not signed up he simply dropped the line and without helping me I'm left in amazement! My question is to this **** company how do you as a company protect your customers identity, how do you not as a company contact the applicant to or user to confirm details, do u not as a company give a **** how to get money out of people! Is the money more of importance to you! So you are telling me that any person who can read and eight can sign up with false details and apply! Ever heard of data protection act?? And another thing how the hell do you appoint such insipid supervisors who knows nothing about helping customers? I will not pay this account why should I if I never app****, and if there are seniors in this company please have the decency to contact me! I was told by this supervisor keenan brown he is the only senior there and keenan told me that managers don't deal with clients???? Really now? I will be in touch with my lawyers regards to this company</p>
