unauthorized debit orders

i app**** for a personal loan in sept 2015 online, had to select the policy box in order to procceed with application, which is such a skam. i did not get any feedback with regards to my application, or the service that i so called bought, no explaination wat so ever. 5 months later i get a letter of demand for R1627.50 before handover.<br> - service provided was for R399 where does R1627.50 comes from<br> - loan application no feedback / product so convieniently charged<br> - took them 5 months to notify me of this unknow debit.<br> - call customer service assist by a very rude, ill mannered consultant SHUKRI.<br> these guys have gone into my account without permission , accumulated bank charges .<br> i want all fund deducted to be refunded as off immediate affect, policy cancelled and my name cleared.<br> loan spottersa provide unnecessary services, very frustrated customer. <br>
