they like to people saying they offer loans which they don't

Ever since I app**** loan @ loan sporter since last year they say I don't qualify but they are busy denoting money from my account each and every month on 25.So I don't know I'm pay for what cause I don't owe them anything. I emailed them that I want my money to be returned but they refuse. They I must settle R1680 .But for what cause I haven't receive any money from them!!!!
