<p>Just like all the others who posted reviews of loan spotters sa, i landed on their website and attempted to apply for a personal loan. The website told me that i was pre-approved and needed my information for credit check purposes. A month later i noticed a debit order from my account.. i reversed the debit order and immediately sent a mail to loan spotters sa that i did not agree or intend to subscribe to any of their services and would like them to rectify this. The they send me a mail almost a month later that i am in arrears.. again i sent them a mail to explain that my details were requested by the website for credit check purposes and thats the only purpose i entered my details. This time they responded that i was in breach of contract and needed to pay a penalty and all costs within 7days there after. I just received another email that summons have been issued and i will be blacklisted if i did not pay the amount of just over R800 within 24hrs. This company's website is designed to trick you! I hope there is a higher power that can deal with this company and prevent this from happening again. Many people seek desperate help and get caught by companies like this. This is outrageous and **********!! </p>
