Rude Horrible People

I would like to inform you of the horribly rude people working for you. Emma Jone refuses to transfer the call and only keeps on telling me that Kelly is unavailable. Kelly refused to disclose the cancellation policy and then drops the phone in your ear. Jacob then does the exact same thing.

All I want to know is how do I cancel something that I never app**** for in the first place? Without my verbal approval or signature you just deducted money from my account with no service being rendered.
