Loan Spotter/Harassment !!!!!

I received a lot of threatening emails from Loan spotter//Lifestyle legal to pay the amount R1532.02.. when I ask them where the proof of signature is they said we tick the box that we give our consent When I told them the info on the service mandate and agreement is wrong and that this wasn't us applying for this loan/services..but still we received summons and all black listing threats!!
