LOAN SPOTTER ****!!

Loan Spotter has been harrassing one of my Co Workers for an amount of R1654.24 that they say he owes them. After months of sending e mails and trying to call them to get the proof of where he signed for the loan, they have totally ignored all communication attemps from our side, to date we still have nothing back from them. Today he received a COURT SUMMONS AND BLACKLISTING IMMINENT!!! Yet when he once again called them to ask for the proof they put the phone down on him. They have also been deducting an amount of R99.00 from his bank account since Dec 2018 and now again in Jan 2019 which he has stopped. Can anyone please assist in getting these people reported to the right authorities as I am convinced this is a ****.
