Loan Spotter SA Debits money out of your account ********ly

I was looking for a loan online I came across Loan Spotter SA , I sent them an e-mail regarding the services of finding a person a loan. A friendly consultant called me and she explained that they help people find loans for free. Well then I said ok please do that for me and the lady said i will send you forms to fill in for credict check which I had to fill in my banking details. It was the middle of August 2017 and then again the consultant called me stating the Terms and Conditions of the application when she reached the part they will debit R500.00 from my account every month until they find me a loan I said NO!! How can I afford R500.00 every month what if it takes you twelve months to find me that loan I would have lost out so I said please cancel the contract. I even sent them several e-mails asking them to cancel the contract. On the fone the lady rep**** yes she would cancel the contract. Here comes end of August BOOOOOM Loan Spotter debits R500.00 from my account and then I dispute it. End of September they come with a different Refference Number and they start debiting R99.99 which you don't get a notification on your fone if you buy something under R100.00 so I thought maybe the R99.99 was bank charges until I withdrew a bank statement in November and i out that they have been taking the R99.99. I disputed that again and now they could not come in with a different Ref: number so now they sending me e-mails that I owe them R1400.00 which is the R500.00 I disputed in August 2017 and the R99.99 I stopped from November 2017. Loan Spotter says I breached the contract of which I cancelled and I was not aware off the terms and conditions that say that. I was only aware of that when the lady read it out for telephonically which I said NO!! to it. And now they have summoned me with their lawyers.
