loan spotter

Loan spotter sent me a message December 2014 that I have app**** for a loan, which I never did. I phoned to query about this loan, loan spotter stated that I have app**** for the loan and that they have debit my account, this amount I reversed back because I didn't know anything of the amount and company. loan spotter insist that I have app**** for a loan, I never received any money, loan spotter also say that I have received sms-es from them to confirm, which I never did. then the supervisor told me to go and do a affidavit stating that I never app**** for such loan, I did so, today get a letter from Esterhuyze INC, were loan spotter have handed me over for a loan I never app**** online nor agreed to. Loan spotter states that it is al of my details, yes it is, but not me in person app**** for this.
