Letter of demand from Loansoptter

Sometime in July I wanted to make a loan so I surfed the net and found several companies that can either help you with a loan or refer you to someone who can offer you a loan and Loanspotter was one of them.I completed the form online and at the end of the month i was charged about 400 and something and i did not bother because i thought it was a once off thing since they did not even help me with anything.I later noticed that they were taking 99 rands from my salary every month and i stopped them because i did not know what tit was for since i never got any service from them.To my suprise no they have sent me a letter of demand and said I entered into an 11 months agreement with them.They said it was not their fault that i never used their services since i entered into an agreement with them i have to pay.I spoke to Cathy and i asked her to send me the agreement that I entered into with them.I am still waiting for that contract. Please help me out here.
