I got an email from loan spotter that I should apply for loan of which I didn't and on the 25/08/2017 I found out that they had debited my account and I was surprised because I don't have any agreement with them I was wondering where did they find my account. Then I called my bank and I reversed the debit order. Now they have send me an email of final demand saying the me to pay the amount of 1300 immediately or they are taking me to their lawyers. The email say I entered into an agreement with them on the 28/06/2017 and I am currently unemployed I don't understand that why do they want to put in debt I know nothing about.
