Hi,<br> <br> The above mentioned company[Loan Spotter SA] made a debit order from my bank account without me signing or agreeing to anything with them. When I requested the telephone recording I was told the application was done online while I never even did an online application. They refuse to discuss this and told me I must open a case of identity theft. This is totally unacceptable, can you guys perhaps assist in any way to resolve this?<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Vidonia Davids
