how do i pay before i even get the loan money

Thank you My complaint is that 2 months back I had a problem where by I needed some loan, I googled lot of the loans offering but I couldn’t get help.i even googled the loan spotter s.a. no last week I receive an email to say that am owing them some money I have no idea what the money is for, I called them to ask them to cancel me and ask why am owing because I haven’t received anything from them and the rep**** that I have agree to their T&C, please assist me because I can not afford to pay any money I haven’t received.
