********** loan application

I contacted call centre for loan application,they email application form and send it back filled and signed..then they never contacted me for feedback..it was unsuccessful but I was surprised to receive an email saying I owe them R1140.00 while the money was never deposited into my bank account they failed me after they need money from me...i take this as ***** why because I didn't get help from them..they forced me to pay that amount through the phone..
