Dont have loan wirh them

I wanted a loan but what makes me dissapointed is that not a single consultant called me regarding the loan. Month end I saw money deducting from my account. I'm dissapointed on how they do business cause on there emails I received was only based on maintantence,will and divorce. Now I received an sms stating that I'm owing them. How can I owe them money on the loan which I personaly didn't get. Please please get to the bottom of this because no one called me regarding my loan application but month end I'm expected to pay money for what.
