Did not cancel

I used loanspotter last year october. I wanted to see if I qualify. I did not give bank details. But yes thry did not help me with anything. I phoned 4days later in the 7 day window you can cancel the agreements. They kept hanging up and saying they cannot hear me. Eventually after I just state my name they would hang up. I got a sms this morning to say Im being handed over for the sum of around R1490.00 . after I told them I phoned in the 7 day window period. I refuse to pay. Im upset with there service.
