DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

I got an sms from my banking saying LOAN SPOTTER SA has deducted R500 from my bank without my permission I never had a loan with these people over in my life went to reverse my money at the bank and every month I have to reverse money, I called them asking what is the money for none of them could give me answers because they did not give me any money, now I get phone calls from their lawyers saying I must pay R600, this is pathetic these people just take peoples money with out permission
