DEDUCTING MONEY FOR NO SERVICE

I am beyond livid with this company. I app**** for a loan, no one contacted me or explained any terms or conditions how the company operates or what they do. They deducted FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY RAND off my account. FOR WHAT!!!!!! For absolutely NOTHING. They did NOTHING for me. This is unacceptable and I want a refund!!
