debiting my account

i am so disgusted with this company, I enquired with them about how to get a loan through them when they explained about an amount of R429, that they were going to debit I declined their offer, but they still debited the amount.<br> I sent them two emails which they have not bothered to reply too.<br> I have phoned them this morning, and this girl keeps on saying I need to send their complaints an email, which I explained to her has gone un answered,i then proceeded to ask her whether I could speak to a manager and she said they were all in a meeting, which I believe to be bull.<br> all I want is for them to pay my money back into my account.<br> <br> zolfah
