Charging for a service I didn't take

<p>I app**** for a loan with the Loan Spotter which I didn't send all the require documents but I am being charged for a service that I didn't agree to. They are charging me this loan spotter service package just because I completed the documents online. I never took th loan, why are they charging me for a service I didn't require. According to their our system you made an online application on the 2016/05/05 and agreed to purchase our Loan Spotter SA service package.</p>
