bad attitude and helpless

I opened a contract with them on the 14th September and called on the 17th to cancel as I didn't need their service and it was within 7 days according to CPA. I received an email today telling me that I owe them R1300 that I don't know is for what, I requested them to track their calls but I didn't trust that they will do that. they sent me email saying I never called them before but only today, how did I do business with them if I never called???<br> I asked for the report that their IT guys gave them to prove that I never made any calls but they refused telling me to go read terms and conditions. I am not going to pay them unless they tell me and give me the proof of their services that I have used before, they are just money making schemes they take people's money without helping them. they even drop their phone when they hear is you. is a call centre but only 1 person works in a call centre how come??? I need them to be set to their place. don't you ever try to make business with them coz you wont get help and ull be treated like a trash because you don't wanna do business with them.<br> I am not happy very angry but they even don't care only telling you about their policies.
