Account in Arrears

I have been sending you emails since 2014 to cancel your so called services, No one has a decency to respond, no phone calls nothing. but you have a nerve of sending me sms'es saying that my so called account is in arrears, I don't have an account with you . please note that I have sent you a written instruction to terminate the services but you still debited my account on the 15 December 2014? and I still want my refund as I never used your services can someone respond to my emails and stop sending me irritating with your sms'es.
