Bad service

Bad service it’s been over 48hours yet my problem hasn’t been fixed their customer service is bad also ,they keep telling me their technical team is the worst ..and I have been their loyal client but they don’t have sense of urgency

Their interests are not that bad but the service is to slow loyal customers you must give more up top loans because they have shown their loyalty
