UNSIGNED AGREEMENT

I received an email at 01:00 in the morning a few days ago from them, claiming I owe them R1200 for a legal service package i took out. They had my ID nr, cellphone nr, email and banking details but I never gave it to them!

I informed them of that, but they just said I signed a digital agreement. So I requested it and guess what? They send me an UNSIGNED mandate with just my name and an IP address on top. My signature is nowhere on the document, which by the way is an automated mandate agreement. I tried informing them that I have never taken out these service packages that they say they offer, but they just keep threatening me with legal action.

So naturally I told them to never contact me again and continue with their "legal action".
