Unclear of dept with this company

Hi a few month's back I went on the Internet to she were I can get a loan than Loan Scout SA pop up. I really can't remember that I ever got a loan from them or that they helped me with finding a loan. Now they claim that I own them money whet the hell. How can I own them money for doing nothing on my behalf. Please help.
